Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations accepted within 1 day of order.
• Report damaged/defective items within 2 days.
• Mismatch in product expectations must be reported within 2 days.
• Warranty claims must go directly to the manufacturer.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 15 days working days.

Return Policy

Refunds/exchanges available within 7 days from the purchase date incase the product is damanged. After 7 days, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via registered courier services or speed post. Shipping is processed within 3-4 day from the order/payment date and the product will be delivered within 7-15 days.
